TEXTS Founder Champions Human-Centered AI & IoT at LogiSYM Philippines Platinum 2025

On September 17–18, 2025, logistics leaders, innovators, and industry experts from across Asia converged in Manila for LogiSYM Philippines Platinum 2025. As part of the exclusive Platinum series, the two-day program created a high-level platform where executives, academics, and solution providers exchanged insights on the rapidly evolving future of supply chains.

For more than 15 years, LogiSYM has been bringing together shippers, manufacturers, forwarders, 3PLs, educators, and solution providers to co-create strategies for resilience and growth. The Philippines edition continued this tradition by spotlighting pressing themes of digitalisation, resilience, and sustainability, while exploring how technology can empower—not replace—the human core of logistics.

September 17 – Keynote by Rosalie Panares

The highlight of the first day was the keynote by Rosalie Panares, Founder of TEXTS, titled:

“Disrupting the Disrupted Market of Logistics Through AI and IoT.”

Rosalie delivered a compelling vision of how intelligent tools can transform the logistics ecosystem. She underscored that while AI can optimise routes and predictive analytics, and IoT can offer real-time visibility into parcel movement, the real differentiator remains human judgment and relationships.

Her message was clear: AI and IoT must serve as amplifiers of human capacity, driving efficiency and innovation while ensuring that benefits cascade back to:

  • Frontline workers, through fairer rewards and recognition

  • Consumers, through lower costs and more reliable services

  • Communities, through transparency and sustainable practices

September 18 – Panel Discussion on Digital Tools

The second day featured a dynamic panel titled:

“Supply Chain Orchestration: Hard Truths on Choosing and Implementing Digital Tools.”

Rosalie joined fellow industry leaders to unpack the complexities of selecting and deploying digital platforms in today’s fragmented logistics environment. The panel tackled candid realities—from budget constraints and integration challenges to the cultural shift required in organisations adopting new technologies.

The discussion reinforced that technology adoption is not just about the tools themselves but also about preparing people, processes, and policies to work together in harmony.

A Gathering of Leaders in Manila
The two-day event attracted an engaged audience of senior professionals spanning logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, and supply chain education. The atmosphere was both urgent and optimistic—reflecting the industry’s recognition of AI and IoT as transformative forces, but also the need to anchor these technologies in fairness, collaboration, and human-centered innovation.
Looking Ahead

As global industries continue to digitise, the challenge extends beyond speed and efficiency. The call of the future is to build resilient, fair, and human-powered systems that uplift workers, empower merchants, and deliver real value to consumers.

Through her keynote and panel insights, Rosalie Panares positioned TEXTS as a thought leader driving this vision: an intelligence layer in logistics where AI is the Brain, IoT the Senses, and Humans the Heart.
