As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development and operational excellence, our team has successfully completed two significant short courses at the University of the Philippines—the 80th Productivity through Effective Supervision (PES) and the 70th Accounting for Non-Accountants (AFNA).
The PES program equipped our leaders with the skills to manage teams more effectively, foster a culture of productivity, and drive results through efficient supervision. Meanwhile, the AFNA course provided practical, easy-to-apply financial knowledge, enabling our team to better understand and utilize financial data in decision-making.
These achievements represent more than just certifications—they reflect our dedication to continuous learning and our belief that investing in our people is key to delivering outstanding results for our clients. With stronger leadership capabilities, enhanced financial literacy, and improved operational efficiency, we are better positioned to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company and the communities we serve.
